NoteDex allows you to create short-form ‘Index Card’ style notes -
perfect for your ideas, thoughts, project notes, and class notes.
Cards can have text, ink, images, tables, hyperlinks and more.
You can create Stacks of Cards for different projects or classes.
First create a Stack, and then create Cards inside a Stack.
Use the + sign at the top to create a new Stack or a new Card.
1. Use one Stack per Project or Class (NoteDex can handle an unlimited number of Stacks and Cards!)
2. Use Group Folders and Category Tags to organize your cards
3. Mark cards as Favorites for quick reference
4. Use the Productivity Sidebar to take quick notes (shows in landscape view on tablets/desktops)
5. Use the Search, Sort and Filter dropdowns to find cards
6. Use the Study Mode if you are using NoteDex for flashcards
7. Go into Settings to select a different background image
You can use NoteDex on your all your devices. Just remember to use the same login method on each device so that you see and sync all your cards as you expect!
The desktop and tablet apps also show extra features including the Productivity Sidebar to take quick notes in landscape mode.

Touch Mode ON - scrolls cards using your finger, pen or mouse/trackpad. Use this mode if you are using a touch or pen enabled device like an iPad, Surface tablet or a phone.
Touch Mode OFF - moves cards using your finger or pen, scrolls cards using mouse/trackpad. Use this mode if you are using a Windows, Mac or Chromebook and primarily use a mouse or trackpad.
You can change this selection anytime by going into ‘Settings’ and switching Tablet Mode ON/OFF.
